It is a modern-day romance that explores the intricacies of love and romance. The book challenges readers to embrace their whole selves to learn how to truly embrace others. The complex characters of Vicissitudes , each tell their story, creating unexpected plot twists and turns which promise to spark deep discussions about all that it takes to be fully human. The deeper that I got into writing the novel, the more I understood that life is the only true privilege any of us have.
